City tax is not included (1,50€ and is to be paid directly at check-in).
Final cleaning are included.

Cancellation policy
Till 28 days before arrival → € 10,00 per reservation.
From 28 days to 15 days before arrival → 50% of the total amount.
From 14 days to 1 day before arrival → 80% of the total amount.
From 0 day or no-show → 100% of the total amount.
