Villa description
The Villa, for an exclusive use, can host up to 4 guests and offers two double rooms, one single room, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen/living with induction hob, a fireplace, and SPA.
Tv sat and free wifi connection in the SPA too.
The parking is free and secured for all the guests of the Villa.
Check-in: from 04:00pm to 07:00pm
Check-out: within 10:00am
Rates/apartment: are “all-inclusive” and include linen, electricity, gas.
Free Wi-Fi: available in all areas
Tourist taxes: not included, to be paid directly on site at check-in. €2.00 per person per night, children under 14 years and diseable are exluded.

Parking: free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Cancellation policy: due the special nature of the Eroica competition, once settled, the participation fee is not refundable regardless the cancellation date.
For the other services booked, the cancellation fee is as follow, up to 15 days before arrival no penalty. 50% between 14 -07 days before arrival date,
100% for cancellations made from 6 days before or no show, early departure or late arrivals.
Stay of 4 nights at the chosen accomodation, with treatment as indicated.

for Eroica participants:
✓ Guaranteed registration for L’Eroica Gaiole 2025; the registration fee includes the race pack, food stops in varying numbers, according to the length of the route chosen, prize at the finish line, pasta party at the end of the event
✓ Delivery to the hotel of the race pack with event gifts and souvenirs; race number to be attached to your jersey and bicycle; road book which will be stamped at checkpoints; eroica map with details of the routes, food stops, checkpoints and mechanical assistance;
✓ The ACSI membership card with a daily insurance coverage for events organized in Italy by Eroica Italia S.S.D. a r.l.
*Attention!
To enable C-way to validate the race registration included in the package, each partecipant must independently:
1) register to My Eroica website and upload in “my documents”, the valid sport’s club membership and the medical certification, both required by the Regulation.
The above documents will be checked by Eroica Organisation within 15 days of being uploaded
Tourist taxes to be paid to hotel upon departure and everything not expressly indicated in “the program includes”.
