The recently built Squarcialupi Holiday Home is located near the historic center of Castellina in Chianti, 200 meters from Palazzo Squarcialupi.
It offers six apartments finely furnished in marble, with relaxing, neutral and natural colors, which recall the Provencal style.

Apartments
Alloro apartment: Ideal for 3 people, consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, or two separate beds (on request) and 1 bedroom with a single bed separated from the double bedroom with a sliding door.
The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette with induction hobs and a sitting area overlooking a private area with a fantastic view
A spacious bathroom with shower, made of travertine slabs elegantly completes the apartment.
Gelsomino apartment: 42 sqm + outdoor area.
The Gelsomino apartment is on two floors.On the ground floor there is a very spacious living area with a small well-equipped kitchenette with induction plates.
Upstairs you enter a bedroom with a double bed, or two separate beds (on request).The living room leads to a lovely outdoor area with a wonderful valley-view in the green heart of Chianti. Bathroom with shower, made of travertine.
Services
Private parking, Wi-Fi, heating, air condtioning, well equipped kitchen with induction plates. Fridge and microwave. Terrestrial/Satellite TV. Hairdryer. Weekly change of towels and bed linen.
Check-in: from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy: due to the special nature of the Eroica competition, once settled, the participation fee is not refundable regardless the cancellation date.
For the other services booked, the cancellation fee is 25% from cancellation made from March 20th to August 20th, 50% from August 21st to September 10th and 100%
for cancellation made from September 11th, no show, early departure or late arrivals.
Stay of 2 or 3 nights at the chosen accomodation, with treatment as indicated.

✓ Guaranteed registration for L’Eroica Gaiole 2025; the registration fee includes the race pack, food stops in varying numbers, according to the length of the route chosen, prize at the finish line, pasta party at the end of the event
