Sixteen suites and rooms spread over five houses inside the ancient walls of Fonterutoli provide guests with an opportunity to savour the ageless charm of a Tuscan borgo, where respect for tradition and attention to detail are paramount.
Classic room: are about 15 square meters, with a private bathroom (with bathtub or shower), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Located in 3 different historical buildings of Fonterutoli village, our Classic rooms offer quiet and the atmosphere of a timeless hamlet. All rooms are equipped with private barthroom, haidryer, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi.
Superior room: are about 25 square meters, with a private bathroom (with bathtub or shower), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Located in 3 different historical buildings, each one of these accomodations has a unique style, totally sorrounded by the Tuscan medieval atmosphere of Fonterutoli village. All rooms are equipped with private barthroom, haidryer, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi.

Cancellation policy: due the special anture of the Eroica competition, once settled, the participation fee is not refundable regardless the cancellation date.

Up to 10 days before arrival date no penalty. 100% penalty for cancellation from 9 days before date of arrival or no show, early departures or late arrivals.
Stay of 2 or 3 nights at the chosen accomodation, with treatment as indicated.

✓ Guaranteed registration for L’Eroica Gaiole 2025; the registration fee includes the race pack, food stops in varying numbers, according to the length of the route chosen, prize at the finish line, pasta party at the end of the event
✓ Delivery to the hotel of the race pack with event gifts and souvenirs; race number to be attached to your jersey and bicycle; road book which will be stamped at checkpoints; eroica map with details of the routes, food stops, checkpoints and mechanical assistance;

To enable C-way to validate the race registration included in the package, each partecipant must independently:
1) register to My Eroica website and upload in “my documents”, the valid sport’s club membership and the medical certification, both required by the Regulation.
The above documents will be checked by Eroica Organisation within 15 days of being uploaded
Tourist taxes to be paid to hotel upon departure and everything not expressly indicated in “the program includes”.
