For the other services booked, the cancellation fee is 25% until for cancellations made from 25th march to 20th August, 50% from 21th August to 13th September and 100% for cancellations made from September 14th, no show, early or late arrivals.

✓ Guaranteed registration for L’Eroica Gaiole 2024; the registration fee includes the race pack, food stops in varying numbers, according to the length of the route chosen, prize at the finish line, pasta party at the end of the event
✓ Delivery to the hotel of the race pack with event gifts and souvenirs; race number to be attached to your jersey and bicycle; road book which will be stamped at checkpoints; eroica map with details of the routes, food stops, checkpoints and mechanical assistance;

*Attention!
To enable C-way to validate the race registration included in the package, each partecipant must independently:
1) register to My Eroica website and upload in “my documents”, the valid sport’s club membership and the medical certification, both required by the Regulation.
The above documents will be checked by Eroica Organisation within 15 days of being uploaded
Tourist taxes to be paid to hotel upon departure and everything not expressly indicated in “the program includes”.
