Following The Dolphin’s Routes: Whale-Watching!
Sail with us on the sea mammals’ routes in the Pelagos Sanctuary and live a marvellous full-immersion in the dolphins’ world! The boat excursion departing from Genoa , from the pier next to the Aquarium, lasts 4 hoiurs and entrails the search and sighting of sea mammals in their natural habitat! Guiding the public through this unique experience is a marine biologist who during the excursion unveils to the participants all the secrets of the animals spotted, illustrating the correct behavioural conduct for the observation of the Cetaceans without disturbing them. The educational and fun experience is at the same time suitable to adults and children who are curious lovers of adventure and nature.
This continues with a visit to the Aquarium of Genoa, where thanks to the extraordinary glass wall and to the suggestive underwater tunnel of Cetaceans Pavillion you can admire the dolphins closely, and discovery many curiosities of the terrific marine mammals. Then new Pavillion in fact consists of 4 open air tanks and has a glass wall thah allows you to have a complete view of the top of tanks, and listen live the broad repertoire of sounds of these animals.
The 15 metres long glass tunnel also offer unusual and exciting glimpses and views of acquatic life, with dolphins swimming even above your head.
