In the heart of the gentle Sienese hills, the estate — covering 700 hectares of organic farmland — features rooms and apartments, a breakfast hall, a wellness center with an indoor heated pool, a riding stable, and bicycle rentals.
The rooms are cozy and comfortable, furnished in typical Tuscan style with wrought-iron beds, terracotta floors, and beamed ceilings.

To be entitled to the registration included in the package price, it is mandatory for each participant to register independently on the MyEroica website.
Each registered participant must also independently upload their sports membership card and medical certificate required by the Regulations to the MyEroica platform, in the section “My Documents,” within the deadlines specified in the Regulations.
If the medical certificate does not meet the requirements, is rejected, or deleted, the participant must upload a new compliant certificate.
Those who fail to comply with these requirements will not be considered officially registered and will not be entitled to any refund of the registration fee or accommodation package.

Cancellation policy: due to the unique nature of L’Eroica, once the registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
For all other confirmed services, the following cancellation penalties apply:
30% of the total amount for cancellations made 49 to 30 days prior to arrival
50% of the total amount for cancellations made 29 to 21 days prior to arrival
100% of the total amount for no-shows, early departures, or late arrivals (from 20 days before arrival).
