Check-in
From: 03:00pm to 8:00 pm free of charge.
From 08:00 pm to 10:00 pm €20 extra to be paid cash upon arrival .
From 10:00 pm to 00:00 pm €40 extrato be paid cash upon arrival.
Check-out: within hours: 11:00 am.

House rules
Smoking is not allowed; offenders will be fined 100€.
The number  of guests staying at the accomodation must not exceed the number of guet stated in the contract for the duration of the stay.

Home appliances
Cleaning the dishes is your responsability: we ask you to leave them in the same conditions as wich you found them.
No pets.
No parties or events.

Before you leave, please dispose of any waste (as indicated in the instructions), close all windows and follow the arrangement you initially made with your welcome manager for the return of keys. For each set of missing keys we will charge 250€.

Do not use more than two high-voltage electronic devices (oven, washing machine, air conditioner, dishwasher, etc.) at the same time; using them simultaneously may causen an electrical overload.

We are not responsible for any issues regarding the suspension of the supply of gas, electricity, water, internet and heating in cases where they are not under our control.

Good neighbours
Please maintain a respetful attitude toward others: avoid making loud noises after 09:00 pm, close the doors to the common areas (including the elevators if required) and generally observe the rules of a good neighbour.

The use of liquor and drugs is strictly forbidden.

Whenever you leave the accomodation you must turn off the lights, air conditioners, and check that the water taps are closed.

Price

1-2 persons: from €150,00/ apartment/ night .
3-4 persons: from €180,00/ apartment/night.
5-6 persons: from €210,00/ apartment/night.
City tax: is not included (1,50€ and is to be paid directly at check-in).
Final cleaning: € 50.

Cancellation policy
Till 28 days before arrival → € 10,00 per reservation.
From 28 days to 15 days before arrival → 50% of the total amount.
From 14 days to 1 day before arrival → 80% of the total amount.
From 0 day or no-show → 100% of the total amount.
