This discovery tour begins from one of the most beautiful and romantic spost in the world, Piazzale Michelangelo.Then you plunge into the city itself: first stop, the Accademia Gallery, famous for its David of Michelangelo, the unfinished works of art Prigioni, San Matteo, La Pietà di Palestrina and othe masterpieces by the great artist. You will learn some interesting facts about the tormented life of Michelangelo and why his masterpiece has become the symbol of Florence during the centuries.
The tour ends with a stroll through the historic streets of the city to arrive in the Square of Duomo, here you will learn the secrest of Giotto’s Bell Tower, and discover the beauty of the Baptistery with its golden, bronze doors (including the famous Porta del Paradiso).
